Patients can contact us via e-mail. Describe your problem and of course your wishes, ask anything that interests you, send us your X ray image, and an image of your teeth in a smile (optional) in order to have a better insight into the overall situation of your teeth and bones. Following this, shortly afterwards, we will send you a treatment plan, suggest what would be the best solution, if possible, offer more options, direct you to the entire treatment, how many visits is required until the final result and of course the price for the whole intervention.
When we make an agreement, the arrival date is up to you. We will do our best to make your stay pleasant and your dental procedures completely painless. For foreigners who have insurance covering dental procedures we provide an invoice for our services thus the patient can get a refund in their country. We also issue a medical report which the patient can use to prove the reason for his absence from work. Dental clinic UpDent values your time, money and your needs. E-mail communication via button CONTACT CLINIC is the easiest way of contacting our team. In the e-mail you are supposed to describe your problem, your wishes, plans and ask any questions there might be. The e-mail should also contain a digital dental x-ray of both jaws (but not required) so we can have a better insight of your bone structure and teeth. After a detailed analysis our team will determine the process of treatment and present you with all options (if there are more than one). You will be acquainted with the whole procedure, such as what interventions are going to be needed, the duration, how many times you will have to come and of course the precise price of your treatment.
When we come to an agreement, the date of your arrival is completely up to you. We will try to make your stay enjoyable and dental interventions completely painless! For foreign citizens that have health insurance which covers dental procedures we give receipts of our services that allow our patients to get a refund. Also, we issue medical reports that justify your absence from work.

I had really bad teeth and for a long time I wanted to have them done, but I didn't have the means, especially given the prices in Germany. On the recommendation of an acquaintance who had his teeth done in Serbia, I also looked for a practice in Serbia that I would like to entrust my teeth to and found UpDent. I noticed right away in the first emails that they still value the patient and not the profit. The overall package was just right. The whole team was very welcoming and even if a visit to the dentist is never fun, I felt very comfortable with Tanja and the rest of the team and that helped a lot to get through the whole thing. I was there for a total of 8 days and in just 4 full sessions and a small check-up on the day of departure, 28 teeth were crowned and a wisdom tooth removed. I am more than just enthusiastic about the neat and fast work that the team has done and above all I am overjoyed with the results! Although my teeth are perfect, they still look natural.
